Holiday Cave Hotel

Really great cave hotel! Comfortable bed with a functioning air conditioner, it is located right next to city center with lots of great restaurants nearby! The staff are very friendly and helpful! The breakfast is very tasty with lots of varieties! The best thing is there is swimming pool to cool you down during a hot day, and a beautiful garden that you can just chill there to eat breakfast and drink tea! Also lots of parking spots so it is very easy for people who come with a car. WiFi is very stable and fast as well! ☺️ And there are 2 cute naughty puppies running around so kids can play with them! You can also see ballon in the morning on top of the hotel!

It's a lovely resort hotel right in the city and such a good place but the service is abysmal. We had 2 days in Capadoccia. Both started off terrible only because of the lack of service and interest of the people at reception - who don't speak English properly. The evening we arrived the gentleman at the front desk was lovely. Well spoken and helped carry our bags up the stairs to our cabin. Despite having people around, he looked like he was holding down the fort by himself. The next day we had a 6am pick up for our sunrise balloon ride. We called the reception to say we were expecting a pick up, and they told us to stay in the room and that we would be called and informed when the pick up arrived. 30 minutes later, when no call came we went to the reception only to find there was no one there! Once we got hold of someone, they managed to call our tour operator about the situation. 10 minutes later our shuttle bus arrived and all the guests were abusing us for making them wait 20 minutes!!! The shuttle guys didn't have our number and our hotel guys did not call us as promised. The second day we had a 6:30am pick up to go to the airport. To our horror, not only did no one from reception pick up our calls when we needed help with the bags, but they also were no where around to help our driver get in touch with us. The shuttle left us in the time we took to get down the stairs. We spent the next hour trying to secure a private taxi to the airport to catch our domestic flight and subsequent international flight. To add insult to injury there was no sign of remorse or apology from the reception guy. Another point to note, they offer "free water and tea/coffee" in the room. But the water given per day is a glass size portion (less than 500ml). Not enough to drink water let alone make tea. When asking for more water the reception sent the restaurant staff to attend to us as they didn't want to walk up to our cabin and didn't speak much English. They also made us sign the tab to charge us for water.

Such a lovely place with a good location near the town centre in Goreme, Cappadocia. My friends and I (total of 5) stayed with them for 3 days and 2 nights (wished we could’ve stayed longer). We booked an airport shuttle, courtesy of the hotel, and had an easy transfer. The hotel feels like resort. The cave rooms are stunning (the only thing is that there are some sand falling off from the ceiling. I have to constantly dust off my bed. However, if you’re not too fusy then its fine. This is only on cave rooms, as other rooms seems to be modern and fine). The breakfast buffet is heaven. I usually spend the most time during breakfast. I wake up early to be the first one to enjoy it. The hotel has a beautiful pool that is even nicer at night because of the lights. They have resto and bar, a rooftop and a terrace to watch the balloons every 6am and you can book activities in the hotel including tours & spa etc. Every things is there. What more could you ask for? I would definitely come back if given a chance. They made my stay so worth it.

A really amazing experience staying here. All the staff are friendly and attentive. The room is clean and spacious. It is suitable for families with little kids. The swimming pool, the garden, and the little zoo really made my little daughter's day. The breakfast was nice. All areas are covered by wifi, including the garden and the pool.
